Zack Follett is not the guy quarterbacks want to see blitzing. Zack Follett was one of the hardest hitting linebackers in the Pac-10 during his career at Cal. As Defensive Captain during his senior season, Zack led the nation in tackles for a loss, with 23. His 13 career forced fumbles show the intensity of his hits. Zack was always around the ball and the Cal Bears will miss his playmaking ability. Now that his college career has come to a successful close, Zack plans to take his high energy style of play to the NFL.

If only Eric Ainge of the Tennessee Volunteers had a rearview mirror when the Volunteers visited Cal in the Fall of 2007 for the season opener. One of Zack's most memorable plays at Cal was a blind-side sack of Ainge that knocked the ball loose for Zack's teammate Worrell Williams to take into the endzone for an early 7-0 lead for the Bears. In his final game for Cal at the Emerald Bowl in 2008, Zack's Defensive MVP performance enabled the Bears to defeat the Miami Hurricanes 24-17.

While the hard-hitting linebacker is a nightmare for opposing quarterbacks, Zack has some off the field hobbies that might surprise you. Zack spends hours in front of his salt water fish tank. You can share this experience on the following YouTube link. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=x4JchWHQN1I

Zack also is a big fan of Bonsai Trees and is a master on the saw. He creates wood cutouts of his teammates and takes the idea of Fatheads to a whole new level.
