MogoTXT is about making text messaging more fun and useful that it already is.
We just launched our new service that lets you sign up to receive text messages from your favorite sports stars and celebrities. Please try it out and come back often as we will be adding more sports stars and celebrities we know you will want to follow.
Please also use our group texting service to create as many "reply-all" text messaging groups as you want with your friends, family and co-workers. These groups will make it easy for you to stay in touch whether you are in front of your computer or out on the town with just your cell phone. Just set up your groups on MogoTXT and tell us where you want us to send your incoming messages.
The best thing is that these group messages are private and only the people in each group can read the messages sent by group members. You don't have to worry about anyone being able to read what you wrote on a web page on Twitter.
Group texting makes it fun and easy to stay in touch! Group texting is also insanely useful and addictive!
MogoTXT's service is free, but standard text message rates may apply. What this means (and just about every mobile service has to say this) is that you may be charged by your cell phone company for sending and receiving text messages with your cell phone. This depends entirely on the kind of text messaging plan you have so please check with your cell phone company.
If you send a text message to a group of people with your cell phone, you will only get charged by your cell phone company for the one text message you send to MogoTXT. MogoTXT will then take care of and cover the cost of delivering your text message to everyone in your group.
There is no charge if you send and receive text messages from MogoTXT's website or by using MogoTXT's new texting messaging application on Facebook (which you can find in the Applications section of Facebook). You can set your message delivery options in MogoTXT to always or never deliver messages to your cell phone. You can also set your delivery options to deliver messages to your cell phone only when you are away from your computer.
At some point, we will start to display small ads to cover the cost of providing our service. We promise to keep these tasteful, relevant and classy.
