Q: What is MogoTXT?
MogoTXT is fun, free and easy-to-use entertainment platform that allows fans to follow their favorite athletes and celebrities and see what they are up to. With the MogoTXT conversation feature, celebs can communicate between themselves and fans can see what they are saying.
Our unique service lets members sign up to receive text messages from stars and write them messages that they can respond to. MogoTXT also allows users to create Fan Pages, browse photo galleries and post and share content with friends on Facebook and Twitter. We also have tons of celebrity goods and merchandise for sale on our website.
Q: What will messages from MogoTXT look like?
If you opt for mobile delivery of messages from any of our celebrity channels, the messages will arrive on your phone as text messages from one of our MogoTXT shortcodes.
Q: Why do messages from MogoTXT sent to my phone sometimes come from different numbers?
We have access to and control over a lot of different shortcodes which are used to deliver the multiple conversations and services to you.
Q: How will I know if a celebrity has received my message?
MogoTXT will deliver all fan messages immediately to the celebrities’ MogoTXT console. While MogoTXT allows you to send messages to your favorite celebs for free, because of their busy schedules we cannot guarantee that they’ll always get back to you with a response.
COSTS
Q: How much does it cost to use MogoTXT?
Using the messaging services provided by MogoTXT are completely free. Please note that any time you receive a text message on your phone, standard text messaging rates apply. Check with your wireless carrier if you have questions about the terms of your current text- messaging plan. There will also be fees for goods and merchandise purchased by you from MogoTXT.
PRIVACY
Q: Will other users (or the celebrities themselves) be able to tell what channels I am following?
No. Your account activity is kept completely private and confidential except for messages that you post to public fan pages. The public and/ or the celebrities cannot see what channels a member has joined or has left.

HOW TO…
Q: How do I join a new channel?
You can join a channel by simply clicking the “Join This Channel” button on the page of the celebrity or group conversation you want to receive text messages from.
Q: How do I stop receiving text messages from a channel?
If you would like to stop receiving texts from a specific channel on your phone, simply reply with the word STOP to one of the texts you received from that specific channel.
Note that just because you are no longer receiving text messages from the channel, it does not mean you have left it completely. To remove yourself you must go online and leave that channel.
Q: How do I remove myself from a channel?
To remove yourself from a specific channel you first must log into your account, then you have two options:
1. Go to the page for the channel you wish to leave and click the “Leave this channel” button.
2. Click “My Mogo” at the top of the page, then click “My Channels” and you will see a “Leave this channel” option next to all of the channels you are currently subscribed to.
Q: My mobile phone and/or email address has changed since I signed up. How do I update it?
You can change your mobile phone number or your email address by logging into your MogoTXT account, clicking MyMogo, clicking My Account and then editing your information. Make sure to select “Update Profile” at the bottom of the page to save your corrections!
