Dave Barr
Dave Barr was Cal's starting QB from 1992 to 1994. Dave played for Concord High School and was drafted in the 4th round of the 1995 NFL draft by the Philadelphia Eagles. Dave looks forward to having former Cal athletes, Cal fans and friends join him in the "gobears" texting group to trade greetings and comments about Cal football.

Zack Follett
Zack Follett was one of the hardest hitting linebackers in the Pac-10 during his career at Cal. He had 13 career forced fumbles, and led the nation with 23 tackles for a loss as Defensive Captain during his senior season. In his final Cal game, Zack's Defensive MVP performance enabled the Bears to defeat the Miami Hurricanes 24-17 at the 2008 Emerald Bowl.

Jim Richards
Jim was Cal's starting left guard during the 1989 and 1990 seasons. He earned All PAC-10 recognition following his senior year and was drafted by the Dallas Cowboys in the 3rd round of the 1991 NFL draft. Jim also played for the Arizona Cardinals. Jim is looking forward to following Cal's season, and keeping Cal fans and alumni up to date on the current happenings within Cal football. Go Bears!

Scott Fujita
Scott Fujita is a linebacker for the Cleveland Browns, recently signing with them in March of 2010. Scott was a member of the Super Bowl XLIV Champion New Orleans Saints team when they defeated the Indianapolis Colts 31-17 on February 7, 2010.
While in New Orleans, Scott was one of the most popular Saints in the team's locker room and within the city. Scott was voted the Saint's man of the year in 2008 for his community service.
Before he was drafted by the Kansas City Chiefs in the fifth round of the 2002 NFL Draft, Scott played college football for California Golden Bears.

Alex Mack
Alex Mack is currently a center for the Cleveland Browns.
Alex played college football for the University of California from 2004-2008. He was the 2008 winner of the Draddy Trophy, making him the first Pac-10 player to receive this honor. In 2007 and 2008 Alex won the Morris Trophy, making him the third offensive lineman to win this award twice.
Alex was a first round pick (21st overall) in the 2009 NFL Draft for the Cleveland Browns. Alex started all 16 games as a rookie, allowing only one sack and committing only one penalty during his first season. Football Weekly and the Professional Football Writers Association of America named Mack to the All-Rookie squad in honor of his performance during the 2009 NFL season.

<p> Brett Johnson joined the Philadelphia Eagles in June of 2010 and is currently one of their Defensive Backs. Brett played college football at the University of California, Berkeley where he was a starting safety for two seasons. As a Golden Bear, Brett had 22 starts, 107 tackles and three interceptions that he returned for 64 yards (one resulting in a touchdown).

Mike Mohamed
Mike currently plays football at the University of California Berkeley and is one of the Golden Bears’ most experienced players. Over the last three seasons Mike has played in all 39 games possible, with 16 starts.
He’s has been honored three times on the Pac-10 All-Academic team, earning first-team recognition in the last two campaigns. Mike has also been named Pac-10 Defensive Player of the Week three times (once in 2008 and twice in 2009).
Mike is Cal’s active career leader with 245 tackles and their leader in interceptions with six picks that he has returned for 36 yards and one touchdown.

Lorenzo Alexander
Lorenzo Alexander is a linebacker for the Washington Redskins. Lorenzo John Alexander was born on May 31, 1983 in Berkeley, California. He played college football at the University of California Berkeley. Lorenzo earned honorable mention All-Pac 10 twice while at California, and was given the Brick Muller Award as the team's most valuable defensive lineman. In 2005 Lorenzo signed with the Carolina Panthers as an undrafted free agent. He went on to sign with the Washington Redskins practice squad on October 3, 2006. Lorenzo is noted for being a versatile player in the NFL. During the 2010 NFL season, Lorenzo played outside linebacker for the Redskins' and received great reviews from coaches. Off the field, Lorenzo is a dedicated philanthropist and has continually been one of the most involved players with the Washington Redskins Charitable Foundation.

David Seawright
David Seawright is a current student at UC Berkeley and is about to graduate with a degree in Media Studies. Along with writing his honors thesis, David keeps busy writing for the @CalBearsBlog on CalBears.com. David attended Rancho Bernardo High School where he was named his school’s Scholar-Athlete of the Year for his performance in academics and football. David was considered one of the most recognized special team athletes in the San Diego area, and would go on to play football with the California Golden Bears as a placekicker. Despite two seasons of football with the Golden Bears and redshirting for Cal in 2010, Seawright’s interest in sports does not lie solely in athletic participation. His extracurricular activities have included interning in the sports department of ABC News 7, sports writing for The Daily Californian (UC Berkeley’s independent, student-run newspaper) and most recently, running the Bear Blog for the Cal Athletic Department.

Mark Brazinski
Mark Daniel Brazinski was born May 6, 1991 in Basking Ridge, NJ. He had a successful high school football career playing for Immaculata High. Mark was four-star recruit and the No. 2 center in the country according to Scout. Now playing college football, Mark has completed two seasons with the California Golden Bears. 2010 was the first time Mark saw on field action, and now coming into his third season at Cal, fans expect great things from this offensive lineman.
