Text Messages. Celebrity hereby grants to Company the right to publicly display, distribute, reproduce, edit, translate, and license to others the text messages posted by Celebrity throughout the World (“Territory”) for a period of two (2) years from the date of this Agreement (“Term”). Company will have the right to attach advertisements to the text messages posted by the Celebrity, provided that the advertisements do not violate any advertising restrictions imposed by Celebrity, which restrictions, if any, will be provided by Celebrity to Company in writing.
Please tell us about your exclusive endorsement, promotion or advertising relationships, if any. If you do not list, we will assume that you are not under any obligations. Please tell us if you have any exclusive relationships and we will help you sort this out:

CHECK ONLY IF YOU CONSENT TO THIS: Virtual Goods. By checking this box, you hereby grant MogoTXT the rights to publicly display, incorporate, and otherwise use your name, voice, actions, images, likeness, text messages written by you, and any artwork or other works of authorship created and provided to MogoTXT by you ("Licensed Materials") in virtual goods distributed by MogoTXT, Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites.

CHECK ONLY IF YOU CONSENT TO THIS: Merchandise. By checking this box, you hereby grant MogoTXT the rights to publicly display, incorporate, and otherwise use Licensed Materials on tangible merchandise and other goods including, but not limited to, apparel such as T-shirts, hoodies, hats, and other consumer products manufactured by or for MogoTXT.
